Melifera - Gin Edizione Corsa (organic)

Melifera is a French organic gin distilled from immortelle flowers, small yellow blossoms that grow wild in the dunes. Edizione Corsa explores new territories by integrating Corsican immortelle harvested and distilled in Saint Florent with 17 other botanicals, including juniper berries, myrtle, cistus, cade, thyme and rosemary.

Melifera is a brand committed to protecting biodiversity, and in particular the black bee, Apis Melliefa Melifera, from which it takes its name. It is certified Ecocert.

This new version evokes a stroll through the Corsican maquis, with a character both assertive and complex. From the outset, the warmth of the maquis, with its scents of immortelle, cistus and myrtle, takers center stage. Agrarian notes of thyme and rosemary, and spicy pepper add richness and complexity. Finally, the freshness of citrus and subtle floral notes of lavender complete the ensemble, bringing balance and length. Ideal neat with a large ice cube or in a Négroni.
