ANGOULEME
Based in Angoulême since 2014, Jacques Soulat opened La Grande Cave in September 2025. It is located in the heart of the city in an iconic location, the former Revel pharmacy. The cellar offers a fine selection of Charente wines and spirits (cognac, whiskey, gin, vodka), local and craft beers, French and foreign wines, champagnes, rums, and Japanese whiskeys. On the first floor, a cozy space with breathtaking views of the city hosts masterclasses and wine and spirits tastings.
La Cave de Saint-Sornin
In 2018, Maison Soulat took over the Cave de Saint Sornin, with one objective: "to give a new dynamic to the cellar and bring back to life this piece of local heritage". The shop focuses on the “ IGP Vin Charentais - Saint-Sornin ” vinified by Jacques Soulat and Olivier Pucek, other Charente wines (offered in bottles and Bag in Box), artisanal and local beers, spirits and gourmet products. Wines from other regions in France and from abroad are also present.

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday ans Saturday 10am-12pm and 2pm-6pm
Closed on Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays
