Melifera - Gin Atlantic (organic)

Melifera is a French organic gin distilled from immortelle flowers, small yellow blossoms that grow wild in the dunes. Its unique fragrance evokes the late afternoons scented with their perfume. Here, they are grown and harvested by hand in the north of the island of Oléron and blended with juniper berries, cardamom and angelica.

Melifera is a brand committed to protecting biodiversity, and in particular the black bee, Apis Melliefa Melifera, from which it takes its name. It is certified Ecocert.

On the palate, the attack is very round, smooth and aromatic. Juniper is particularly expressive in its fruitiest notes. The heart is infinitely complex, with Immortelle as the main note, revealing hints of fresh wormwood, cardamom and a discreet salinity. Melifera's distinctive character is revealed in Gin Tonic, Bee's knees and Gin fizz.

• 10ml honey syrup
• Complete with elderflower tonic
