Champagne Louis Nouvelot "Saphir"

Louis Nouvelot champagne is the product of a family estate of 55 hectares located in the Marne Valley and created by Albert Baron and his wife Beatrice in 1946. Today, the three Baron sisters (Claire, Lise and Aline) manage the estate and the champagnes are certified High Environmental Value. 

The Cuvée Saphir is a vivacious champagne with lively acidity, flavors of citrus and white peach, hazelnut, and slight notes of brioche. A lot of finesse and subtlety for this balanced champagne.
