Cognac Hennessy - Paradis
Created by Maurice Fillioux in 1979, Hennessy Paradis cognac is known for its velvety and harmonious aroma. It is composed of more than a hundred eaux-de-vie, some dating back to 1880, which reflect the personality of a fine cognac: supple, light and round. They are blended into an exceptional cognac defined by its elegant and silky character, emphasizing its finely nuanced and harmoniously balanced aromatic qualities. Its palette of coppery gold colors testifies to the many years spent in old barrels.
The eaux de vie are exclusively aged in very old barrels. Paradise refers to the oldest and most precious cellar of the house, where the barrels of the best eaux-de-vie are stored.
On the nose, this cognac has floral notes of dried rose and honeysuckle, supported by intense notes of red fruits and spices.
On the palate, there is an elegant and silky texture that continues to a persistent and powerful finish. Honey, dried flowers, truffles and sweet spices are at the forefront of the aromas. Delicate notes of cinnamon, cardamom and fruit give way to scents of dried rose petals and heather jam.
For more than 250 years, Hennessy has been producing its exceptional cognacs in the heart of its native region, the Charente. Responsible and committed to the protection of its terroir, Hennessy radiates the excellence of its know-how in every bottle, in more than 160 countries.
A remarkable nose and palate, extreme precision, a bold vision... The Master Blender is the guardian of the unique know-how of the House of Hennessy. For over 200 years, the Hennessy family has entrusted the tasting of its cognacs to the Fillioux family. Renaud Fillioux from Gironde represents the eighth generation in charge of blending cognacs at Hennessy. This lineage has been perpetuated for two centuries.
