Belle de Brillet - Pear liqueur with Cognac 35 cl
Belle de Brillet is an intense and voluptuous liqueur composed of pear brandy (52%), cognac (48%) and a touch of sugar infused with fresh vanilla from Madagascar.
In this elixir are proscribed additives, coloring, caramel, added flavors or neutral alcohol. The equivalent of 18 pears is necessary for a bottle of Belle de Brillet. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or as a digestive, on ice or in cocktails.
The origins of the Maison Brillet date back to the 17th century. Proud representative of the 10th generation of the Brillet family, Jean-Louis Brillet took over the reins of the family business in the 1980s. In 1985, he created the Belle de Brillet, a liqueur in which cognac is enhanced by a juicy and sweet fruit: the very fragrant williams pear, his "madeleine de Proust", which his grandmother used to cook for him as a child. The name Belle de Brillet is a tribute to his "Belle", his wife Isabelle.
