Since 2005, the Domaines Hine collection has aimed to reveal the very distinct identity of Cognacs produced on a specific plot of their Grande Champagne vineyard in the village of Bonneuil. Coming from a single harvest and unblended, this cuvée fully expresses the chalky terroir of Grande Champagne. A fine cognac is first and foremost a great white wine!

Grape variety: Ugni blanc. Distilled on lees. Aging: 10 years in French oak barrels.
Nose: elegant, fresh, notes of vine peach, mandarin, beeswax, white flowers (acacia).
Palate: full-bodied with notes of toast, roasted coffee, spices (cinnamon, nutmeg).
Finish: long with notes of salted butter caramel.
