Fully signed Frapin by its voluptuous aromatic richness and its infinite length in mouth, it is endowed with its own personality inherited from the climatic hazards of that year on the Chez Piet vineyard... Harvested, distilled on the lees and aged at the Domaine, the Vintage 1990 - 30 years old contains the sublime expression of the Frapin terroir located in the heart of the Grande Champagne.

Brilliant, orange-yellow, the robe flatters the eye with a joyful brilliance. The nose is seduced by delicate and refined notes of candied orange and dried fig before being conquered by aromas of dried fruit. Finesse and elegance characterize this vintage.

On the palate, it deploys an elegance and a generosity all in balance. Notes of candied fruits like orange flatter the palate, followed by a touch of licorice and cinnamon. The journey continues slowly, generously, on fine notes of rancio, cigar box.

Tasting tip: by the grace of aeration in the glass, this cognac will bring out the depth of the aromas acquired from a long 30-year aging in dry cellars.
