Millésime 1991 - Cognac Ragnaud-Sabourin

Limited quantity!

1991 was a year marked by a wave of frost of great extent. More than two thirds of the harvest were destroyed. The remaining third distinguishes itself by its exceptional quality.

The 1991 vintage is composed exclusively of Cognac Grande Champagne, Premier Cru of the Cognac region. It offers complex notes of vanilla, cloves, licorice, candied fruits, quince and prune, as well as the very much sought-after rancio. A delight!

Since 1850, the Ragnaud-Sabourin family has been operating a vineyard located in the heart of the Grande Champagne region, the first growth of cognac. All their cognacs have been produced and marketed from their top-of-the-range eaux de vie distilled on the property and without blending for 4 generations. Today, the estate is run by Annie Ragnaud-Sabourin and her son Olivier.
