"Le Pouvoir des Fleurs" - Fronton 2020
Intensely floral, this wine is mainly made from Négrette, with a touch of Syrah. Its expressive nose offers aromas of violet and peony. The palate shows the same aromatic palette, blackberry flavors, a note of white pepper, delicate tannins and lots of freshness.
The Fronton appellation is located in the southwest of France, more precisely in the Toulouse wine region. It is the setting for the négrette, a rare grape variety with aromas of violets, black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant), licorice and a characteristic note of white pepper.
At the beginning, companions in love with the wines of the South-West decided to share their passion... They soon had an idea, a tenuous one, to do what no one had ever done, to create a quality wine merchant's house on the theme of the wines of the South-West, following the example of other regions such as Burgundy, the Rhone... Under the impulse of Lionel Osmin, "Lionel Osmin et Cie" was born, to carry loudly and clearly the discovery of the grape varieties and unique terroirs of this region: Jurançon, Cahors, Gaillac, Bergerac, and even Marcillac.
