Champagne Jean de la Fontaine - Brut Blanc de Blancs "L'Indisciplinée”

Composed exclusively of Chardonnay from two crus of the Marne Valley, "L'Indisciplinée" pays tribute to the famous fabulist Jean de La Fontaine. According to legend, his walks through the vineyards of the Marne Valley provided the inspiration for his stories. Aged for three to four years in the cellar, this blanc de blancs is both full and fresh, with an alert and long finish. 

"L'Indisciplinée" is produced by the Champagne house Baron Albert, a family estate of 55 hectares created by Albert Baron and his wife Beatrice in 1946. Today, the three Baron sisters (Claire, Lise and Aline, all qualified oenologists) manage the estate and the champagnes are certified High Environmental Value.
