Domaine Guillot-Broux « Clos de la Mollepierre» 2020 - Mâcon-Cruzille blanc (organic)

Domaine Guillot-Broux was founded in 1978 by Jean-Gérard and Jacqueline Guillot (Broux was her maiden name). The estate is now run by their children, Patrice and Emmanuel Guillot. The 17 hectares of vines are spread over 3 villages: Cruzille, Grévilly and Chardonnay, divided into 3 appellations: Bourgogne, Mâcon Cruzille and Mâcon Chardonnay. 

"This plot was owned by our neighbours. To ensure that he could buy it one day, our father rented it for more than 10 years. Then one day in 1992, he was able to buy it. Not having the means to replant it immediately he waited. He died in 2008 and never saw the plot planted. In 2009 we started the work and in 2011 we planted the first grafts and the first wine from this plot was born in 2015. A wine full of history and what a history!"
