Le Blason de Parnay 2022 - Saumur Blanc (organic)

The Château de Parnay spreads over 35 hectares of vines that are certified organic. The vineyard is divided up in four blocks of plots, all located in a premium terroir, on a clay-limestone soil. 

The Blason de Parnay is composed exclusively of Chenin Blanc. On the nose, the notes of exotic fruits are expressed with a lot of freshness; they play well with the limestone minerality which is characteristic of the terroir.

On the palate, the attack is smooth and elegant, with a very expressive fruitiness that takes us on a journey to the orchards of the Loire. The acidity gives this wine a perfect balance and a lively and generous mouth.
