Cognac Edgar - XO

In 2024, siblings EDouard, GAbrielle, and HenRi, from a family rooted in the heart of Grande Champagne, decided to write a new chapter in their family's adventure by developing their own brand: EDGAR.

Thanks to the expertise acquired over five generations in vine cultivation and spirit production, they offer an authentic and refined cognac.

Grape variety: Ugni blanc. Double distillation on lees.

Aging: in French oak barrels, 30% of which are new.

Tasting notes: “A unique nose that rocked our childhood, typical of the limestone soils of the Grande Champagne region. We find notes of rancio and a beautiful length on the palate characteristic of our oldest eaux-de-vie.”
