The AOC Premières-Côtes-de-Blaye became Blaye-Côtes-de-Bordeaux in 2009. The vineyard is located north of Bordeaux, opposite the Medoc region. The traditional Bordeaux red grape varieties (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc) are blended here to make robust, structured and fruity wines.
