1973 Bailli de Bourg magnum - Côtes de Bourg - TS
The Côtes-de-Bourg appellation includes some of the oldest vineyards of the Bordeaux region. It is located south of the town of Blaye, opposite the Margaux appellation, on the slopes overlooking the Gironde. The red Côtes-de-Bourg represent 98% of the production; they are made from merlot, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and malbec. This results in fruity, round and attractive wines with a powerful and warm mouthfeel.
Note: label very slightly damaged.
