The property is located in the Saint-Emilion sector, adjacent to the Pomerol appellation (Pétrus is 2 km away). Benefiting from an exceptional terroir, it is managed by the owner family: brother and sister Victor and Coraline Moreaud, 4th generation. Along with Magnan-Figeac and Lamarzelle-Cormey, it is part of a 25-hectare estate on clay and limestone soil. Merlot dominates the vineyard (75% of the planted vines) bringing red fruit notes and roundness, while the Cabernet Franc (25%) brings structure, freshness and good aging potential.
