Bas-Armagnac 2001, Baron Gaston Legrand - bouteille Pansue (200 Cl)
Bought in 1998 by the Lheraud family, famous for its exceptional cognacs, the Baron Gaston Legrand house is located in the heart of Bas-Armagnac in the commune of Lannepax. This venerable 120-year-old institution hosts a very large collection of old vintages, unique in the world!
This old Armagnac from the Baron Gaston Legrand collection is offered here in its 2-liter version in a Pansue bottle. It has developed its complex aromas during long aging in oak barrels. Its powerful nose offers notes of spiced butter and dried fruit. The tannins are rich, the palate elegant and aromatic, with a lovely freshness for its age. The finish is harmonious.
