Cognac François Voyer - Napoléon Grande Champagne
This elegant Napoleon is blended from Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie aged 14 to 20 years. It has a full-bodied structure, and the floral notes (rose, jasmine, carnations) mingle with notes of wood and orchard fruit. Enjoy it as a digestif or with a cigar.
"The intense nose exhales vanilla, plum, but also woodland flowers. The mouth, powerful and smooth, envelops the taste buds with warm notes of wood, raisins, vanilla, candied citrus. A great classic to enjoy as a digestive" Cuisine et Vins de France, November 2011
The François Voyer family home - and its 28 hectares of vineyards - is located in Grande Champagne, near Verrières. Since 1870, more than 5 generations have been distilling the estate's wines in just two stills (compared to up to 50 in larger distilleries). Their bottles can be found in the best restaurants in France: Ducasse, Lucas Carton, Laurent and many others. The Cellar Master Pierre Vaudon ensures the quality of the blends.
