Château Mangot - "Climats", Saint-Emilion
Château Mangot comes from a historic vineyard that goes back to 1546, and which has belonged to the Todeschini family since 1989. Located in the east of the Saint-Emilion appellation, in the commune of Saint Etienne de Lisse, Château Mangot covers 37 hectares in one piece, including 34 hectares of vineyards.
This vintage was born spontaneously during a tasting of wines undergoing aging, during which Karl & Yann TODESCHINI wanted to capture the unique aromas they tasted. A first at Château Mangot, CLIMATS combines two vintages, 2023 and 2024, and the result is great!
50% Merlot – 50% Cabernet Franc, aged in amphorae and vats to preserve the purity of the fruit. No sulfur or other additives are added.
