From the beautiful 1981 vintage to the 1992 vintage, so many opportunities to find a gift or treat yourself. Bought in 1998 by the Lhéraud family, famous for its exceptional cognacs, the Baron Gaston Legrand house is located in the heart of the Bas-Armagnac region in the commune of Lannepax. This venerable 120 year old institution watches over a very large collection of old vintages, unique in the world!
In 2003, when Bill Murray played in "Lost in Translation" a declining American actor invited to Tokyo to star in an advertisement for Suntory whisky, the Japanese single malt production was on the verge of collapsing due to a lack of consumers, and the distilleries were closing. Today, the situation could not be more different! Prices are soaring and the Suntory group is struggling to meet the demand.
