The original Tar & Roses team, Don Lewis and Narelle King, began their wine journey in Priorat, Spain, immersing themselves in the classic vineyards and grape varieties of the Mediterranean. That's how they became interested in how these grapes could be grown and vinified in their home region of central Victoria, Australia.
