Plage Blanche is an elegant, fresh and fruity wine. It is composed of Colombard and Sauvignon Blanc with a touch of Gros Manseng. An expressive, fruity nose, with notes of citrus (pink grapefruit, lemon) and exotic fruit (lychee...). The palate is lively and airy, with the same fruity notes. The freshness of this wine means it can be enjoyed with a variety of light dishes, summer and winter alike.
The plots chosen for this cuvée are all under oceanic influence. The grape varieties have similar aromas and are also highly complementary in terms of structure. Colombard produces fresh, tangy wines, Sauvignon Blanc adds softness and fullness, and Gros Manseng lends structure and opulence.
At the beginning, companions in love with the wines of the South-West decided to share their passion... They soon had an idea, a tenuous one, to do what no one had ever done, to create a quality wine merchant's house on the theme of the wines of the South-West, following the example of other regions such as Burgundy, the Rhone... Under the impulse of Lionel Osmin, "Lionel Osmin et Cie" was born, to carry loudly and clearly the discovery of the grape varieties and unique terroirs of this region: Jurançon, Cahors, Gaillac, Bergerac, and even Marcillac.
