François Voyer Cognac Hors d'âge - antique bottle
The quintessence of the Grande Champagne aromas: a multitude of fine and powerful notes of coffee, cocoa, spices (cloves, cinnamon, ...), some delicate but persistent dried fruits on the nose...
This Cognac is composed of eaux-de-vie taken among the oldest aging in the cellars. It expresses all the richness of the Grande Champagne, 1er Cru du Cognac.
On the palate, it reveals unique notes of truffle, forest floor, delicate peppery and vanilla notes. The complexity is incredible, the length in the mouth magnificent. An unforgettable journey to the heart of the flavors and soul of a totally exceptional Cognac.
Presented in an Antique Bullée bottle.
The François Voyer family home - and its 28 hectares of vineyards - is located in Grande Champagne, near Verrières. Since 1870, more than 5 generations have been distilling the estate's wines in just two stills (compared to up to 50 in larger distilleries). Their bottles can be found in the best restaurants in France: Ducasse, Lucas Carton, Laurent and many others. The Cellar Master Pierre Vaudon ensures the quality of the blends.
