Cognac François Voyer - "Terres de Grande Champagne"
A tribute to the most beautiful terroir of the entire Cognac region, "Terres de Grande Champagne" is a blend of 4 to 6 year old eaux-de-vie, aged in new oak barrels for 3 years, then in barrels in a humid cellar. The reduction in cask was carried out in a progressive way in order to bring the maximum of finesse and complexity. A supple cognac, with floral notes and a slight hint of linden and violet.
The François Voyer family home - and its 28 hectares of vineyards - is located in Grande Champagne, near Verrières. Since 1870, more than 5 generations have been distilling the estate's wines in just two stills (compared to up to 50 in larger distilleries). Their bottles can be found in the best restaurants in France: Ducasse, Lucas Carton, Laurent and many others. The Cellar Master Pierre Vaudon ensures the quality of the blends.
