Château de Parnay 2014 - Saumur Champigny (organic)

The Château de Parnay covers 35 hectares. Cultivated in Organic Agriculture, the vineyard is made up of four blocks of plots, all located on an exceptional clay-limestone soil.

The nose is powerful and smooth, the sweetness of raspberry and strawberry compote is combined with liquorice and a touch of leather for a beautiful complexity.

On the palate, the attack is round, with very discreet tannins. The nose translates to the palate, with a long aromatic persistence and a touch of red fruit paste. The finely present tannins bring a delicate liveliness.
