Pineau Bourgoin
Maison Bourgoin is a family estate that has carried the Bourgoin name since 1930. Located on the borders of Cognac and Angoumois in the village of Tarsac, in the commune of Saint Saturnin (Charente), it extends over 90 hectares of vineyards.
The mutage of the Ugni Blanc grape must is carried out́ after a slight start of fermentation. This is followed by 12 months of maturation in so-called roux barrels (3 to 4 years old) that have contained old cognacs, followed by a stay in inert tanks for 4 years.
A fresh and light Pineau, with floral aromas and a slight note of honey. To be served ideally between 6 and 10 degrees, and to be kept in a cool place once opened.
