White Pineau - Louis James
White Pineau des Charentes as seen by the Maison Soulat. With a deep golden color, it expresses notes of orchard fruits and figs. On the palate, notes of dried fruits: almonds, walnuts, but also figs and quince.
Louis James is a fresh and delicate pineau that can be enjoyed as an aperitif. In the summer, it goes well with melon from Charente. In the winter, it is a great companion to festive meals. To be served ideally between 6 and 10 degrees, and to be kept in a cool place once opened.
