Audemus Pink Pepper Gin
Pink Pepper Gin is a unique blend of 9 botanicals, independently infused over a period of time and in a pure, neutral grain alcohol. It was born out of a desire to create a new kind of gin, aromatically bold. The top notes are pink pepper, cardamom and juniper - distilled separately in "Brunhilda," a custom-made, low-pressure vacuum still. Each batch of Pink Pepper Gin takes months to create - it's a true labor of love, for a consistently elegant result.
Diluted or served chilled over ice, the gin evolves and notes of vanilla, tonka and honey take center stage. On the palate, it is full-bodied and intensely aromatic.

Located in the heart of the “Spirits Valley” in Cognac, the Audemus Distillery is a little atypical for the region. No giant copper beasts here, but a vacuum distillery operated out of the distiller’s (Miko’s) living room in the centre of Cognac. This method of distillation allows to maintain the freshness of flavours.
Every botanical that is distilled is processed individually, with its own specific method. The maceration time, botanical ratio, alcohol ABV, distillation time, pressure and temperature will all depend on the botanical’s character.
The resulting spirits are then blended together in their specific ratios with a French neutral grain spirit, and filtered lightly before bottling; giving the different elements time to rest before every stage of production.
