Four local, traditional producers: 

- Belle de Brillet Liqueur de Poire au cognac: a 50ml mignonette to discover this intense and voluptuous liqueur made from Williams pear brandy (52%), Brillet cognac (48%) and a touch of sugar infused with fresh vanilla from Madagascar.

- La Fine Fleur - salt with XO Cognac, 80 g: an artisan salt made with the famous fleur de sel from the Ile de Ré, harvested using traditional methods, and an XO Cognac with subtle, gourmet aromas. La Fine Fleur will add a delicious and refined finishing touch to your dishes.

- Black Truffle Chips, 30g sachet

- Françoise Fleuriet: Pineau des Charentes vinegar with Île de Ré seaweed. A fine, iodised flavour.
