An unusual Entre-Deux-Mers that surprises with its volume, roundness and beautiful tension. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris, it is aged on lees for 6 to 8 months in small cement vats with stirring until bottling. Aromatic and textured, this is a gastronomic white at an affordable price.

Eco-designed approach: lightweight glass bottle, corks from FSC sustainably managed forests, pine resin-based wax, label on 100% recycled paper with water-based ink, recycled, recyclable and biodegradable cardboard.

It is in Moulon, in the family cradle (ninth generation of wine growers) that Joël Duffau settled in 1985. The vines are mainly located on the magnificent clay-limestone slopes of the commune: the promised land for Merlot. From his studies and internships in different wine regions in France and abroad (Burgundy, Beaujolais, La Rioja, California), Joël has kept an openness to others, an inexhaustible desire to discover, and a permanent questioning of his own.
