This 100% Viognier wine was partially fermented in a demi-muid in order to be aged on fine lees with bâtonnage; this practice, widely used in Burgundy in particular, increases the volume in the mouth and the aromatic bouquet. An elegant and delicate nose of fresh mango, white peach and vanilla. Soft mouth on the glazed chestnut.

Between Languedoc and Provence, between the Rhone and the Gardon, Montfrin, from the Latin "Mons Fremens" means "the mountain of wild animals" because animals fleeing the floods of the Rhone and the furious Gardons, came to take refuge there.
