"La Butinière" Chardonnay - Limoux

La Butinière Chardonnay comes from the best plots. To the west, the oceanic influence and its clay-limestone terraces bring elegance. To the northeast, the Mediterranean influence and its clay-limestone soils provide fruit and power. To the south, the Haute Vallée de l'Aude and its Pyrenean climate convey freshness. These exceptional conditions, combined with meticulous vineyard management and low yields, enable us to obtain the very best grapes for this unique wine. All grapes are harvested by hand. The wine is aged in barrels for 8 to 9 months.

Aromas of candied fruit (apricot), white peach and grapefruit reveal themselves in a beautiful balance, evolving towards a mineral finish, with melted notes of honey, light vanilla and great length.
