Crocodile Brothers XO

This Cognac is made from eaux-de-vie from the Fins Bois region, including a small batch from the family reserve dating from 2010. Traditional maturation in 350-liter casks is followed by a final stage in small new 160-liter "cigar" casks. Limited lot of 1970 numbered bottles.

It reveals vanilla aromas and a concentration of toasting aromas that perfect its balance and rancio, to the delight of epicureans. Fruity, round, with a long, elegant finish that conveys the full expression of the terroir. An ode to cheerfulness and Joie de Vivre.
