Cognac A.E DOR Emblême
Emblême Cognac is a perfect blend of two crus: Grande Champagne and Fins Bois. After a traditional double distillation in a Charentais alembic, it is aged for at least 14 years in oak barrels. Aromas of vanilla and apricot with a subtle touch of chocolate. On the palate, notes of caramel and spices.
In 1858, descendant of an old Cognac family, Amédée Edouard Dor realized his dream and created the House A.E DOR. Directed today by Pierre-Antoine Rivière, it remains one of the most prestigious Cognac houses and it produces Cognac of high lineage.
