The nose is floral, powerful. On the palate, Moulin by Jean-Paul Vodka is fine, silky, velvety, and dotted with notes of buffalo grass, pear, and anise. The finish is formidably long and tasty, with flavors of strawberry candy and pepper.

Difficult to find, it is used by several great chefs who keep the secret.
