Château Beaubois - Costières de Nîmes 2019 (bio)

A blend of Grenache noir (90%) and Syrah (10%) aged in vats. Initial nose of white pepper, cherry and raspberry, with floral and spicy notes. With aeration, notes of mocha and blackberry are added. The tannins are powerful, with a grainy structure. On the palate, the register evolves into aniseed and licorice stick, still retaining the red fruit. Confidence is a powerful wine that remains fresh and elegant. Keeps for 7 to 10 years.

Overlooking the Camargue and dominated by the Cévennes, the Chateau Beaubois vineyard is located in the southern Rhône Valley in the Costières de Nîmes appellation, halfway between Nîmes and the Mediterranean Sea. It extends over 60 hectares of galets roulés, the oldest in the appellation, which act as heat gas pedals.

Fanny and François Boyer, brother and sister, are the 4th generation. They sublimate their terroir through cuvées filled with freshness, elegance and depth.
