Produced in the heart of the Cabardès terroir, this atypical blend is composed of Viognier (30%), Roussanne (30%), Chenin Blanc (25%) and Gewurztraminer (15%). Aged in stainless steel tanks, it is a dry, elegant and aromatic wine (notes of pear and peach), which will accompany both the aperitif and the meal.

• A bottle of Château Ollieux-Romanis Cuvée classique rouge 2019 (organic). Château Ollieux-Romanis is a magnificent property located in Montséret, in the heart of the Corbières. Composed of Carignan, Syrah and Grenache, this cuvée aged in stainless steel tanks offers generous aromas of raspberry and black currant. A wine that is generous, nicely structured, and ends with a delicate and fresh finish.
