POM KORN Cider, semi-dry - Limited edition juniper berries

Apples from Normandy, family expertise from Charente and a touch of Scottish pop... This is the starting point for a crazy, sparkling adventure! Light and uninhibited, POM KORN is a neologism inspired by “popcorn”, and also a nod to the Highland cow, an animal that fascinates Sonia. The “K” pays homage to Celtic culture and its pubs.

Created by Sonia Beinchet in Champniers, POM KORN is the first Charente cider. It showcases a blend of seasonal apples from Charente (20%) and Normandy, selected for their sweet, tangy and bittersweet flavours. 95% of suppliers are located within a 150 km radius. Simple, healthy raw materials, no added yeast or sulphites, no added carbon dioxide. 100% pure juice. Nothing else!

"The production process is 100% natural, using the Champagne method: double fermentation in vats and then in bottles. The yeast from the apples does the work. It is filtered several times to refine the taste... It is an aperitif cider, not too sweet, which can be paired with dessert or used in cocktails..."

A semi-dry cider that is light, fresh and natural, perfect for an aperitif, after-work drinks or celebrations. Enjoyed neat, warm in winter, chilled in summer or in cocktails, it is an authentic and festive cider.
