Bas-Armagnac 1982, Baron Gaston Legrand
Bought in 1998 by the Lheraud family, famous for its exceptional cognacs, the Baron Gaston Legrand house is located in the heart of Bas-Armagnac in the commune of Lannepax. This venerable 120-year-old institution hosts a very large collection of old vintages, unique in the world!
A powerful nose with aromas of dried fruits and spices; in the mouth, a frank and balanced attack and rich and well-integrated tannins. A subtle, elegant, aromatic Armagnac, with a nice freshness for its age, as well as a nice length, and a harmonious finish with spicy notes.
