Third Eye Whisky, Maison Jaja

Aurélien Camandone and Églantine Clément, co-founders of the now legendary brasserie La Débauche, have created Maison Jaja, a hybrid venue on the banks of the Charente: half bar, half distillery. There, they produce Third Eye Whisky.
