Between Languedoc and Provence, between the Rhone and the Gardon, Montfrin, from the Latin "Mons Fremens" means "the mountain of wild animals" because animals fleeing the floods of the Rhone and the furious Gardons, came to take refuge there. In this pretty southern wine with a slightly golden color, Roussanne and white Grenache combine to offer an elegant and delicate nose of fresh mango, white peach and vanilla. On the palate it is round, soft, with notes of acacia flower, honey, hawthorn. The finish is remarkably pure, finely iodized.
