"Very Limoux" Rouge 2021 - Limoux

This fruity, spicy red wine is a blend of Syrah, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It offers a nose of morello cherry, blackcurrant and raspberry, and reveals itself on the palate with a beautiful roundness and great finesse. 

"Very Limoux" red reflects the terroir of Limoux, at the junction of the west (oceanic climate, bringing elegance) and the northeast (Mediterranean climate, bringing fruit and power). The result is a beautifully balanced blend of richness and freshness.

The grapes are harvested by hand, and each variety is vinified separately. The wine is blended and aged in truncated cone-shaped tuns (50%) and one-wine barrels (50%) for 8 months.
