Expressive, with notes of blackcurrant cream and violets, this blend of Syrah and Carignan is vinified in stainless steel tanks without added sulfites. It  offers a round and fresh palate, with a structured finish. 

Between Languedoc and Provence, between the Rhone and the Gardon, Montfrin, from the Latin "Mons Fremens" means "the mountain of wild animals" because animals fleeing the floods of the Rhone and the furious Gardons, came to take refuge there.
