1976 Château La Tour des Termes - Saint-Estèphe - TS
Château La Tour des Termes owes its name to an old tower located on a plot of land called "Les Termes". As early as 1678, old parchments mention a certain Anney, a farmer in the commune of Potensac in the Médoc. In 1876, his great-grandson became a winegrower in Saint-Estephe, and then from generation to generation the estate grew, until 1938 when Pierre Anney acquired the property where he settled permanently to produce his wine under the name of Tour des Termes. The 15-hectare estate, which is one of the best Crus Bourgeois in the appellation, is currently run by his son Jean and his grandson Christophe
