A blend of white Grenache (40%), grey Grenache (40%) and Roussanne (20%) with aromas of kumquat, bergamot and verbena. A great success!

A particular care is brought to this vintage, without any added sulfites. The wine is aged with a high CO2 content to maintain the aromatic brilliance.

Between Languedoc and Provence, between the Rhone and the Gardon, Montfrin, from the Latin "Mons Fremens" means "the mountain of wild animals" because animals fleeing the floods of the Rhone and the furious Gardons, came to take refuge there.
