Maison Guillot-Broux 2021 - Pinot Noir
Domaine Guillot-Broux was founded in 1978 by Jean-Gérard and Jacqueline Guillot (Broux was her maiden name). The estate is now run by their children, Patrice and Emmanuel Guillot. The 17 hectares of vines are spread over 3 villages: Cruzille, Grévilly and Chardonnay, divided into 3 appellations: Bourgogne, Mâcon Cruzille and Mâcon Chardonnay.
"The 100-year frost of 2021 caused us over 70% loss on the estate. In order to use our empty barrels, we collaborated with Nicolas de Saint-Exupéry of Domaine La Grange to offer you a Pinot Noir cuvée in Vin de France appellation". This cuvée was aged for 11 months: 50 % foudre, 50 % fûts.
