Mas du Novi "Prestigi" 2017 (organic)

Founded in the 11th century, the Mas du Novi is an ancient dependency of the Abbaye de Valmagne. It is located on one of the most beautiful terroirs of the Languedoc, on the last foothills of the Cevennes, facing the Mediterranean Sea, at an altitude of 150 m. This estate of 42 ha of organically grown vines, in the middle of 60 ha of woods and garrigues, is one of the references of the region. 

This Syrah completed by Grenache and a touch of Mourvèdre is fermented in stainless steel tanks before being aged 12 months in Bordeaux barrels. It releases a complex nose of ripe fruits, vanilla and toast. The mouth is round and balanced, backed by a supple and silky structure. It offers aromas of violet and black fruits.
