Chemin des Murs 2023 - Saumur Blanc (organic)

The Château de Parnay spreads over 35 hectares of vines that are certified organic. The vineyard is divided up in four blocks of plots, all located in a premium terroir, on a clay-limestone soil. 

On the nose, Chemin des Murs displays the complexity of the Chenin Blanc grape variety, with aromas of very ripe white and yellow fruits (apricots, peaches, quince and mirabelle plums...), linden, discreet woody notes - coming from its fermentation and maturation in barrels - and a touch of caramel.

The attack in mouth is round, wrapped; notes of citrus fruits bring a vivifying freshness.
