Produced in the heart of the Cabardès terroir, this atypical blend is composed of Viognier (30%), Roussanne (30%), Chenin Blanc (25%) and Gewurztraminer (15%). Aged in stainless steel tanks, this is a dry, elegant and aromatic wine (notes of pear and peach), which will accompany both the aperitif and the meal.

Domaine Taluos covers 2.80 ha. The property is located at an altitude of 300 meters and faces the Pyrenees Orientales and the City of Carcassonne, in the middle of the AOC Cabardès. The vineyards are south-facing, on a long slope irrigated by six rivers.
